It also includes three types of sacred ivory: broken tusk (*Nga Hak*), tusk shed naturally (*Nga Kamjat*), and tusk fragments (*Nga Kamjai*). (These are the same sacred materials used in previous Phra Sivali editions, though this version contains a higher concentration of key herbal ingredients.)

The "Phra Sivali Riding a Goat" amulet draws upon beliefs from Myanmar and the Tai Yai (Shan) people, specifically regarding financial fortune and business prosperity. Phra Sivali is renowned for bringing good fortune, while the goat is known as an industrious creature that is tireless in foraging. In Eastern traditions, goat-based amulets are prized for their power to attract charm, loving-kindness (*Metta*), and wealth. They also serve as a "scapegoat" (*Pae Rap Bap*), absorbing misfortunes on behalf of the worshiper and offering protection against black magic, curses, and malevolent spiritual attacks.
